CFPM Solutions is a construction consulting company working with principals, contractors and their legal advisors. We specialise in all time-related aspects of construction projects, whether at the front-end, delivery or the back end and ADR.  As the principal of CFPM Solutions, I am an adjudicator, practicing expert determiner and arbitrator.

While my primary focus is to provide Alternative Dispute Resolution and Expert Evidence in the area of forensic delay and disruption analysis, I bring 20+ years of programming experience, and an understanding that time management, proper planning and scheduling practices are key to the success of a project.

On the front-end and delivery side, from project inception, CFPM Solutions prepare the tender and baseline program of works, resource and/or cost load the program, then update the baseline program and design Progress Measurement Baseline (KPIs) for Earned Value Management (EVM). Moreover, CFPM Solutions provide contemporaneous delay and disruption analysis for the timely assessment of delays to reduce the risk of post-completion disputes.
 

On the back end, as a delay and disruption expert service provider, I am an accredited expert witness; I provide opinion evidence on programming, delay, disruption, EOT and variation claims; the related technical engineering and construction aspects, and the resulting claims for the quantum of loss and damage, whether for breach of contract or under the contract mechanism.
